CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective January 1, 2026, the following updates will be enforced: • No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Appointments that are no-showed or canceled late will be charged according to the existing policy. That will be 100% charge of the service that is no showed. With a 50% service charge for appointments canceled after the 24hr notice. This time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to accommodate other clients. • Payment Policy Payment will be required before leaving the building at the end of your appointment. • Guest Policy To maintain a calm, focused environment, please no guests allowed during your service unless they are also receiving an appointment. • New Year Price Increase If you are an existing client, please be sure to check the updated price list for 2026 services.
